I received my new vera2 a couple of weeks ago.
While setting it up… the displayed serial number changed…
in fact at 1 point it had 2 S/N’s and now the S/N on screen doesn’t match the one on the unit.
On several occasions it has lost everything while adding devices…
I blame that on me for hitting the wrong button sequence.
Now the unit goes busy and stays there and won’t refresh the state of the device on screen…
Is the unit bad? What should I try next?
