I am taking a Technical Reporting class, and we have a feasibility study to do. Since my friend and I have been looking into starting a Home Automation business installing Vera systems (Vera wins in this study), I decided to do a paper on Vera vs. Control4.
I am looking to do an e-mail interview with someone who has experience installing both systems, and sections of the interview will be cited in the paper. I have, of course, been able to do my own research on pricing, available products, etc, but I would like to report on actual experiences with installing them. I am still deciding how to word my short list of questions, but I think they’re going to end up being pretty basic. I’m just looking for stories of experiences installing Vera and Control4 and how they compare.
If I am able to simply post the questions here and let people have at it, that’s fine. But I imagine that since this is a Vera forum, Control4 installation experiences might not be welcome here.
