The Vera Alert Plugin will not work on UI6 at this time.

UI6 has not been released to Beta Testers yet. So there is no way for me to fix this.

I am sorry for those new users that received Vera’s with UI6 pre-installed.

I suggest you make a Support request to have your unit converted to the commercial Vera Firmware version.

My vera prompted me to upgrade after I registered for the new GETVERA remote access portal?

Does UI6 work now with 6.1.1?

I see UI7 is supported and hoping that means UI6 is also supported (I’m on UI6 as that was what was installed when I got my Vera3 and am incredibly hesitant too switch to UI7 given all the comments about broken plugins and such).

Vera Alerts has worked with UI6 via the advanced mode.

The only thing not supported on UI6 and UI7 is sending pictures … that’s actually an upgrade to the Vera Alerts Mobile app.

Okay – will look into Advanced mode.

I had stayed away due to the first post in this thread.

Right now, not worried about pictures, so I should be fine. Just want cleaner, shorter, more succinct alerts than the bulky default vera supplied ones.
