Vera Secure :: Why is it crashing?

First it would crash every month or so, then every week or so and now, in the past 24 hours it’s crashed 3 times (4 in the past 48 hours).

Is there any tool that a user can utilize to find out why it is crashing? (I did click “Contact Customer Care”) I have it logging to a USB stick - what should I look for in the logs? (I know how to read the logs both from the stick and via ssh to the Vera Secure).

And it just went down again.

Luup restart or a full reboot? What type of crash?

The luup log only shows activities related to zwave, scenes, etc.

Is there any dmesg output to look at from the os?

This is surely not a normal behavior and for a faster resolution, I do advise you to see our Customer Care for this by logging a ticket.

ACTUALLY turned out to ALSO be WWN. :slight_smile:

WWN is reinstalled and now no crash in over a week.
Going to re-install Vera Concierge now. . . .
