First it would crash every month or so, then every week or so and now, in the past 24 hours it’s crashed 3 times (4 in the past 48 hours).
Is there any tool that a user can utilize to find out why it is crashing? (I did click “Contact Customer Care”) I have it logging to a USB stick - what should I look for in the logs? (I know how to read the logs both from the stick and via ssh to the Vera Secure).
