Vera Plus Ready for bin!!!

Hi All bought a vera edge 4 weeks ago so that I could set my house up ready for the vera plus.
I had everything working on my edge no problem.
Got my vera plus and decided to do a fresh install as I only had about 25 units added.

Everything was working fine added the unit to my account it did its update
Loaded my garage opener and wireless GE bulbs, added my door locks ETC

Came down in the morning it cant get past the loading dashboard screen.
I have a fixed IP I log into the dashboard and at the top the blue line states WAIT while it tries to load LUU (i think its called that) and that’s all it does I can see the dash board but it freezes and just hangs on wait.
Very very disappointing.
Does anyone know what the problem is and please I cant find any papers on how to reset the box, I have tried unplugging it and holding reset button until i power it up again left it all night still didn’t work.

Would appreciate some help, called left message and opened a ticket but no reply from early this morning.

Had a similar problem on my Vera Edge. Tech Support had me do some diagnostics. They ended up telling me to try using a different browser. I was using Microsoft Edge. I tried Internet Explorer, and I was able to login. So I suggest that you try a different browser first.

Problem has been solved half by me and half by Tech Support.

To recap, To restart Vera Plus and not loose anything I figured out I could keep the power on and push the reset button twice quick.
This gave me all of my devices back and kept the security keys as well.
It stopped the header blue bar from asking me to “please wait” and loaded LUUP which it wouldn’t do before.

I managed with the help of Tech Support to load my wink GE 19 wireless bulbs that showed as an on off switch, by this method.
Load the bulbs they will show as a switch, then go to Settings, then Z-wave settings,advanced tab, reload engine then hit go.
After this I would log out and back in go to devices and they will be shown as a dimmer switch light!

My first GE wireless loaded straight from the add device in vera plus as a GE bulb but the other 10 or so I had to do this way.
