Submitted a support ticket on this, but haven’t heard from vera yet. Was trying to include a device and am no longer able to put my vera in inclusion mode, either from the system itself or from the web interface. It looks like my vera has somehow lost status as primary controller. I’ve searched the forums and everything seems to be pretty dated/not apply.
In retrospect, I think this has been an problem for at least 6 months. Had a major problem over the holidays and tech support logged in and got the system going again, but I remember them saying it was listed as not the primary controller at that point. Pretty irritated, given that I was adamant it should be the primary and doesn’t look like they made the effort to fix this at the time. Had no idea that it meant you couldn’t add any new devices to the system. Means of course that I don’t think I have any backups where it’s not an issue…
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Running UI5 on a Vera 3.
