Vera login down more often than up?

So, I’ve only had my Vera Plus for about 3 weeks now, but it seems that every time I go to login and work on my configuration, Vera is down for whatever excuse. Maintenance, upgrades, DDOS attack. Is this common with them? I work in IT, and understand about maintenance windows, but typically we try and schedule them so users aren’t effected. In a global marketplace, that may be impossible, but it seems they do it all the time.

I hope it gets a bit more stable soon. It’s getting very frustrating.

If the cloud is down you should still be able to login via the device’s IP address - if you’re on the same network.
