Vera Lite and Fibaro FGWPE-101 WALL PLUG Can NOT connect

HELLO THERE

I HAVE NEW VERA LITE AND ZTX120 IR EXTENDER AND FIBARO FGWPE-101 WALL PLUG , I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE ZTX120 BUT THE FIBARO WALL PLUG IS NOT CONNECTING AT ALL .
NOTE ( MY VERA LITE IS US REGION AND THE FIBARO ALSO US & UK REGION )

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME ON THIS PROBLEM .

HELLO. THERE IS A BUTTON BELOW THE “TAB” KEY ON YOUR KEYBOARD. PLEASE PRESS IT.

All of the Z-Wave devices in your network have to operate on the same frequency. EU and US Z-Wave frequencies are different. I don’t believe that there are any Fibaro Wall Plugs that operate on the US frequency yet. If your Vera Lite is running on the US frequency then they will not be able to communicate.
