Vera in Stores

Has anyone seen Vera in brick-and-mortar stores? At CES, Vera people said they were making a push into retail stores with bundled kits (locks, sensors, cameras, etc.). It looks like they’ve arrived in Tiger Direct stores:

A lot of E-Commerce sites bundle the vera with other products.

Most likely, it is a way to get past the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing deals that they have with re-sellers. A lot of consumer electronics manufacturers need to make sure that no dealers ‘breaks price’ and puts pressure back on the manufacturer vis ? vis other resellers. Bundling the unit with other items allows resellers lower prices without breaking their MAP agreements.

It will be interesting to see these in retail. It would be nice to increase the community and see a product that we have all invested so much in continue to be supported.
