Is a VERA EDGE controller I buy here in the UK compatible also with ZWAVE devices bought in the US?
I don’t think so, I believe they operate on a different z-wave frequency??
Like all z-wave devices you need to choose the right frequency for your devices. You can get a EURO vera edge that has a different z-wave antenna in it to work with EURO devices. But you can’t not have a Euro VERA and use USA devices as the frequency is different and will not work.
Short answer NO, you need to get a VERA system that is intended per location. Otherwise it should not be VERA systems designated per each geographical location.
