Vera_Edge act as usual security system

Hi guys,

I was trying to find something similar on the forum, but unsuccessfully.

I have android tablet on the wall next to the entrance door which is running the ImperiHome where I control all my devices and scenes. Let’s say my usual daily scene set up is :
if the door was opened between 00:00 - 06:00 start security scene which basically includes turn the lights on, start camera recording and sound the alarm.

But sometimes when I go out my phone battery goes flat and I’m really struggling to get back home quietly :slight_smile:

So this what I’m trying to achieve:

  1. After I have opened the door I will have 30 seconds to disable the security scene, if the code I’ve entered is correct keep doors armed but just do not execute the security scene, but if code is wrong off course start security scene.

Really got no clue how something like that could be achieved. Maybe entering the pin when unlocking the tablet or running any other scene on vera, or maybe it can be achieved by running some Luup code.

Thanks for the reply, the plugin looks really attractive.

Just downloaded simple alarm plugin, but it doesn’t seem to work on UI7, or maybe I’m missing something?
