Is your Vera brand new or have you used Vera successfully before?
Also, whatever info you can provide about your network topology (i.e. whether Vera is your sole/primary router, etc.) should be helpful.
Mi Casa Verde typically offers pretty solid support and follow-up for those in trouble, but they don’t check in to the Forum every day, from what I’ve seen. Be patient, and folks here should be able and willing to assist.
NOTE: I’d be esp. interested to know what kind of Internet connection you’re using, whether it maintains a fairly constant IP address over time … as this is how Vera “phones home” to the FindVera.com service every so often.
We’ve seen some issues with cable modems that limit the number of IP’s they’ll give out and similar

The Vera is a secondary router and is connected via ethernet cable to my home’s gateway. This issue has been pretty consistent since purchasing the product a few months ago.
Just sent in my request for a new dongle as part of the recall program and hopefully that will help.
