I know this is an old thread but I wanted to say thanks, the the tips in the thread helped me get my homebridge up and running very well. Seems like even the flood sensor is working without having to input the http codes. Believe it or not, I even have my TRANE thermostats working through the nexia plugin. I get a warning that it slows it down but I don’t notice it in practice. Thanks for you guy’s efforts!

I suppose it is because the plugin for Vera had not been updated to match 1.3 Homebridge criteria, is it problem to leave it like that? I suppose there will be not update to Vera plugin…
It seams that since 1.3 Homebridge version they control value types and characteristics and if it is not regarding the rules, it corrects the value and sends this warning. I have contacted the developer via Message here in forum, I really love it, because it made possible to controll all my devices in Vera from HK.
How are you dealing with these warnings? Are you ignoring them?¨

For legacy units the next firmware upgrade will be the 7.32 version. We will be maintaining support for the platform. After this version, we’ll be making maintenance upgrades on an as-needed basis to ensure full functionality. However, we won´t be completing feature request of this nature.
