Vera alerts + pushbullet

How do I get pushbullet to work? I’ve created a profile with pushbullet and authorised it with the key from my pushbullet account.

I can send a test message to push bullet. But when trying to create notifications for it I can only choose my ordinary profile, wich emails me.

So how do I get the notifications sent to pushbullet?
I’m on UI7.

  1. In Vera Alerts Goto Settings
  2. Make sure Process Notifications is set.
  3. Click EACH user on the lower Left (DefaultRecipients, and Your UserID) one at a time.
    For each USER make sure you select your profile.
  4. Goto Notification Configuration.
    This is needed when ever you add/modify a notification. This is where VeraAlerts finds the notifications to process.
    You also have the option to change the default message.

Don’t really follow. Why would that make pushbullet work?

The steps I mentioned will cause notifications to be sent to Pushbullet.

Turn Off email notification in your Vera Account (After logging into home.getvera.com).

I meant Vera Alerts settings…

Maybe I’m not understand this correctly, but does pushbullet interface with Vera Alerts and read the notification out loud with a Text-To-Speech option enabled? All I see are text notifications popping up in pushbullet, but I get nothing on the Vera Alerts side of the house.

There is a Vera Alerts Android APP and a Vera Alerts Plugin.

So I am not sure what you are asking.

The Vera Alerts Android App will do Text to Speech of messages sent to via the Vera Alerts Plugin.

The Pushbullet App (On any platform) does not do Text to Speech unless you use something like Tasker on Android.
