I test upgraded to Beta 7.0.13b (1.7.739) and all my First Alert ZCOMBO disappeared. I happened to have a brand new one and included it. Vera 3 found the device, I change name, assigned room and SAVE. after LUUP reload and refresh browser, the device no where to be found. Included again and Vera3 told me that it found existing node. All my previous First Alert also disappeared. Exclude and Include again won’t help either. I know they are all there but I can’t find them anywhere? Roll back to 730 and they reappeared.
Thank you for the heads up. That’s convinced me to stay with 1.7649.
So to clarify for everyone.

Thanks to bigmonkey we are aware of the issue.
-
Your Zcombos cannot be seen in the web UI but can be seen in the mobile apps. They are operating normally.
-
This has nothing to do with the previous Zcombo issues.
-
All levels of management are aware of the issue and discussing and investigating how this happened.
-
The Dev Team is working on fixing this as I am typing this.

As many of you are aware, I have 6 of these in my house but that has no impact on the urgency that we put on issues like this, in this paticular case thought, I was able to do a screen share with our CTO, get remote access codes to him right away and I keep verbose logging on most of the time. He also has a temporary user ID and password to my controller.
We’ll get this sorted asap.
Thanks for the quick response Marc. It’s appreciated. We have some major trade shows this month as well so I’ve been very short on free time. I intend to move one of my smoke detectors (and a motion and d/w one) to the CMS unit this weekend so I can begin testing.
The issue has been resolved. Go ahead and download the update.
Confirmed all is back and working again. Thanks Marc
Confirmed working as well. Thanks Marc…
Marc,
Why was this fixed so quickly, but other bugs can’t be squashed or updates rolled out more often than once every 4-6 weeks?
It’s great reaching out to tech support and having them say they’ve got what they need from logs for a fix, but have no idea when fixes move through the pipeline. The change logs now show “manufacturer notified” on a few things, that’s a bit of a help.
It’d be good to see all submitted bugs and where they are on the timeline to published patch.
