Vera 3 - Schlage Lock Pin Code Display

I enter pins codes for a number of guests that will be arriving at different dates and times and enter the restrictions. They display as they should then, but when I go back to see what code was assign for a specific guest, they are no longer listed. The only two codes that are listed are the ones that come with the lock. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with a Yale lock, but no problems with three Kwikset locks…

Found the problem. Go to dashboard, then devices. Click on all to see the lock. Then click on the wrench and select advanced. Go down to the space that says keeppincodes and change the number from 1 to the number of codes you want to keep. Be sure to save after. Then enter your codes and restrictions.

Intereting… that key is listed on the Kwikset locks, but not on the Yale one. Also, on the Kwikset locks, all have the key set to 1 but do not have the issue. I can’t find a definition for what that key actually does.

After entering the 9 pins I had and the restrictions, they stayed there for several days then vanished. Anyone have a clue as to why?
