Vera 3 refuses to go into include mode

This is a new problem for me,
I tried to add a device in UI5, just sits with “please wait”,
in UI6 nothing happens,
when I go to the vera box itself and press the zwave button for 3 seconds the zwave light turns off for several seconds, blicks once, and then turns on steady.
I have done a zwave heal and repair, no change

I am running firmware version 1.6.641, have about 60 nodes.

I got a call into vera support as well, thought I would post here as well.

Doing a little more digging, my vera is no longer a primary controller. How that happened, I have no clue, I only have one controller. How do it change my vera to being the primary?

Was able to set my system as primary using the zwave hack to 3.2. Still have no clue as to what took primary from my system…
