Vera 2 upgrade from Vera 1

I have a vera 1, although it ‘work’ it is buggy as heck. I use it to control Leviton switches with varying degrees of success. I have had dongle issues, replacements and more issues.

Recently there was an offer to upgrade to a vera2.

Is it worth it? I don’t want to spend 100 bucks to be in the same situation as I am in now. They say it’s better, but that was promised with vera 1 and it’s bugland.

I share your worry. I bought the Vera2 and have gone through the migration process, but have not replaced Vera1 yet. My next visit is Labor Day and I will let you know how it goes.

Mios looks nice and all the devices were migrated in, but I am not sure what kind of mess I will have when I replace Vera1.
