Vera 2 - DOA?

Just received a vera 2. FindVera found it ok but the unit kept reporting “no zwave”.

Did multiple firmware updates and manual resets. Now ALL front panel lights remain on and Findvera does not find the unit.

Is it DOA?

Hi, I had the exact same problem. Open a support ticket (somewhere in the advanced options) and enable full access for them. MCV connected a day or so later and fixed it. See my thread “new vera2 user, so confused”.

FWIW they said they will resolve this automatically in a future software update.

I forgot to add that this unit does not even appear on the local network.

I have the same issue with my new vera2 unit that I just received. I opened up a ticket and hoping that they can resolve it quickly as I would like to get my home up and running. So far this does not look good to see a few users recently having this issue. I seems like these units shipped with faulty firmware on the zwave module?
