My Vera Edge notifications stop working. Login, setup and everything looks fine. It was working with no problem for long time and suddenly STOPPED!
Any idea!?

I have noticed at times, this issue. I check this link http://status.getvera.com/ and everything is reported as fine, yet I have a problem getting notifications promptly.
There are times where network issues outside your control seem to have an impact on notifications. I have also experienced situations where notifications stop due to a vera issue that has yet to be detected.
Not much of a help. Just sharing my experience.

Last time I called tech support and a live human being answered. I was shocked. Probably what it feels like to win the lottery. He confirmed they were having issues. I would file a ticket requesting help.
When it comes to looking under the hood of your vera, I will have to defer to those who are more technically inclined.
