This one has me BAFFLED!

Trying to add one of the last Monster Z-Wave 4 button in wall scene controllers near one of my entrance/exit doors and got it all wired up. I go to add it to Vera2 with the latest FW 1.1.1362. Vera2 finds the node, indicates this in the status window. I see the Scene controller icon and the device shows up under DEVICES, and then Vera2 goes into “server busy mode” and then “configuring Z-Wave devices”. BUT, all of the sudden, the device is GONE! It simply vanishes…

Ive asked tech support to look into this but haven’t heard back. Has anyone else seen anything like this? I added a dimmable light the other day and that works fine…Not sure why this scene controller adds in a simply removes itself…Ive added 4 of these at each entrance/exit, but this one is not cooperating…

Solved, thanks to Garret for pointing me at the right spot on how to reset the monster 4 button scene controller. I did a reset by holding down buttons 1 and 3 for 10+ seconds and then paired it when my Vera3 was within a foot or two. It worked like a charm.
