V1.1 arm disarm but not seeing devices

Hello

I installed, latest v1.1 from the marketplace with my vera3 and can arm/disarm using the plugin.

I am not able to see any of the devices/sensors that the powermax+ is monitoring/connected to. All I see in the vera dashboard is “Alarm Panel” and “Partition1 (Powermax)”. With disarm, I cannot seem to store the code, is this correct?

With the plugin, I can also download the logs. But thats it :frowning:

Guess I am missing something basic. Would appreciate any info on how to proceed.

Did you read the wiki and follow the procedure to enroll PowerLink mode?

Answering my Q, turns out I was in standard mode, NOT Powerlink mode. Re-installed powerlink from panel and I can now see all the devices with the auto add/config.

Devices are shown with the little green man. ‘Tripping’ a sensor does not turn this to red. Think I need to go read something :slight_smile:

Whats the best way to cross check all the sensors to ensure they are all working from within the plugin/vera? Ideas greatly appreciated.

Did a ‘walk around’ and while some sensors show up with the ‘red’ man, others remain green for some reason. The panel itself knows about this as I turned on the ‘chime’ and can hear it.

Could it be the interface in some way not reporting?

Hard to say without more information. I would need to see the log files. Sensor state changes should show up for all sensors almost instantaneous.
