Using PLEG from URL

I am starting a scene (not PLEG) from a URL today and want to use PLEG instead.
This is the link: 192.168.99.99/data_request?id=action&serviceId=urn:micasaverde-com:serviceId:HomeAutomationGateway1&action=RunScene&SceneNum=199

Is it possible to use a similar URL to execute PLEG scenes?

Yes, PLEG has a RunAction action to run the the actions for the particular PLEG device.

You have to change de DeviceNum to match your PLEG device and the condition_name.
