Using lights off and no motion to arm system

Hi,

I’m new to Vera and I’m considering buying the Edge. I’m wondering if there’s a way to configure the system so that when all the lights in a particularly area have been off for a period of time (maybe 10 mins) AND if no motion is detected during that time AND if it’s between 10pm and 7am, arm the system.

Essentially, under those conditions, I want to start looking for any motion at which point I can trigger a sequence of events such as turn on the lights, lock a door and trigger a relay and send a notification.

Also, any recommended components? I was looking at the 700 camera which seems to have built in motion sensing.

Yes, using pleg. Not as simple as you think to get the logic right though. My most complex pleg device is my security one as it auto detects when we are out, asleep, kids or parents get up, etc. what you have above is simple enough if that is the only logic you need.
