Users gone, can't add users and "MY MIOS SYSTEMS, SAYS NONE"!!

VERY FRUSTRATED, I May just send Vera2 back if she doesn’t behave. MyMios has lost my users and the whole system! Perhaps I did something wrong, but nonetheless, I can no longer add users in MyMIOS control panel nor in Vera’s dashboard!

I also can’t understand how to get my TrendNet IP camera image to show up and the documentation is horrible. Any ideas?

I had the same problem adding users. The new mechanism is not intuitive, but if you read see http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php?topic=4162.msg21806#msg21806 it should all become clear…

Try this in the mean time:

Assuming you have set up a static IP address for the camera and then also added the generic IP cam plugin from the MiOS marketplace, then find the device (will most likely be under devices since you wouldn’t assigned it to a room yet!), input the ip address (the static one you should have set up), the username and password for the camera (default is admin admin I believe in case you didn’t change it), and then the following in the URL field:

cgi/jpg/image.cpi

Once this done then save

Thanks, Andrew… but the problem of not being able to add users is almost secondary… the system (mymios) says I have NONE for systems… and as such, I have nothing to add users to!

NONE”

So when I create a new user and log into mymios, it’s just the same as my old user, I have no system to configure!! It recognizes that there is an affiliation with a Vera, in that it says "Serial #12196 // IP: 192.168.1.3
Users: "

But once again no users show up and there is no buttons present anymore to add them… there is also no dashboard button, nothing!
