user & account info takes me back to getvera homepage and "install app" no show

Whenever I click on the user&account info in UI7 it takes my back to the getvera.com page

and when I click on “Install app” I get an empty page

Is it me or vera?

Raise a support ticket

called tech support and was put on hold for 15 minutes then it went to voicemail

open a support ticket and no respond
