What’s a better option for Vera-controlled IR-transmitting unit - USB-UIRT or SQ Blaster?

  • I don’t care about direct control from iOS devices.
  • I already have IR-distribution hub with multiple transmitters.

And can any of the above also do IR receiving and sending codes through Vera?

I would say the sq puck as you have access to lots more code sets by using its own database and using the translator that @guessed built to build a plugin. Also far more flexibility in terms of where it can be used.
