USB RFX with Home Easy

We are trying to get a few Home Easy devices to work with the RFX transceiver, but having no luck in getting them to be picked up by the RFX and VERA.

As I understand it, you need to activate the device with a Home Easy remote and the RFX will detect the wireless commands.

Using a HE200 style remote and HE311 day/night sensor.

This approach works well with LightwaveRF products, so would appreciate any tips you have for Home Easy.

Did you check with RFXmngr if HomeEasy is received?

The newer HomeEasy products use the AC protocol and must be eneblad to receive a remote command.
The older HomeEasy (with address code wheels) use the ARC protocol.

The HomeEasy EU protocol is not used in the UK. This protocol is different from the AC protocol.

Hello there,

Got the RFXCOM connected to Vera to identify the HE200 and HE311 and the appliance modules.

The HE311 is a day night sensor but if auto recognised as a remote.

I have tried changing the XML file to the light sesnor XML files but there is no light level data similar to the Zwave units.

Does anyone know how to get the data from the unit?

Thanks.
