I have a Vera 2 and an SQ blaster. They have worked well for the last 6 years. I have forgotten just about everything I did when I configured it so it should be interesting. All is controlled from my original IPad. My AV receiver is failing so I will need to replace and reconfigure my 5.1 system. When I look on I tunes I see that SQ remote app is no longer there what are my options? Is there a better replacement device or app? I also control ZWAVE lights and my drapes as part of several scenes I built along time ago. So I am looking for advice: If my Vera 2 is functioning well do I need to replace? With no app available for the SQ what are my options? (As long as my iPad still functions I guess I have the app, can it be transferred to a new device even though it is no longer available in Itunes?) Also any special features that are a must for my 5.1 AV receiver purchase(wifi /Blue tooth?My current setup has neither)?
