Upgraded vera 3 from UI5 to UI7 , vera 3 is now unresponsive

Hello,

I tried to upgrade my vera3 with UI5 to UI7, but The vera 3 is unresponsive.

I have 4 solid green lights:
-power
-WAN
-Wifi
-Zwave

But I can not find my vera , not via home.getvera.com and not via the (old) Ip adress.

I tried to reset several times ( power off , pressing the reset button for 3 seconds when powering on) but also this doesn’t help.

Anyone knows what to do or has a solution?
