Upgraded but no options on UI and 'advanced settings' gives 404???

I’ve got a VeraLite and had hit an issue trying to upgrade. So I did a factory reset (held the button down for over 10 seconds). I’ve gone through the Vera setup and named my controller etc but the issue I now have is:

a) the main UI (http://10.0.0.140/cmh/) doesn’t seem to allow me to do anything. On the Devices tab there seems to be no way to do anything (see image)… and

b) when clicking on “Advanced Settings” I get a 404 error

Any suggestions?

PS. I note I can still ssh onto the Veralite and some of my files are still there…so is there a way to do a full reset/reflash of the unit perhaps? Would that be recommended?

false alarm - I tried clearing and Reloading the page and I got through…(must have been an issue associated with browser cache I guess)
