For information, I upgraded my Edge to 1.7.1693 and ALTUI works fine !
so does UI7 :slight_smile:

Does not work here in local mode … “ERROR:Module not found:port_3480”
OK in remote mode

L’encodage de caract?res d’un document en texte brut n’a pas ?t? d?clar?. Le document sera affich? avec des caract?res incorrects pour certaines configurations de navigateur si le document contient des caract?res en dehors de la plage US-ASCII. L’encodage de caract?res du fichier doit ?tre d?clar? dans le protocole de transfert ou le fichier doit utiliser une marque d’ordre des octets (BOM) comme signature d’encodage.

correct local mode url is:
http:///port_3480/data_request?id=lr_ALTUI_Handler&command=home

I did not type myself the local URL but try to connect from ALTUI device / Settting / Local Button
I tested again and checked the URL in the web browser after clicking on the Local mode button

The Local Button cannot work if you started to access VERA remotely at first. Once you started remote, you can only stay remote and click on open Local button wont work

Also with this version, the HomePageUrl setting has changed, it needs to only contain the “trailer” options for the url.

I propose you this method

  1. open UI5/UI7 locally : so with http:// , not via the relay servers

  2. go to ALTUI device settings tab

  3. clear out the HomePageUrl settings. ( alternatively clear the LocalHome variable of the device ) ?

  4. then press the LOCAL button

  5. if that fails, can you try to open manually your browser with http:///port_3480/data_request?id=lr_ALTUI_Handler&command=home, does it work ?

I simply connect to the Vera UI in local mode ( 192.168.x.x/cmh) and the from Device AltUI / Settings /Open / LOcal … and it works as expected. Point CLOSED

May be you can add a control to avoid to Open ALTUI in local mode when the Vera has been started in remote mode .
