Upgrade my Vera...

So, I have not been around for a long time. My Vera has been running fine.

My Vera has V 1.0.616 installed and has been running without much issue. When I go to the download section it does not give notification of any firmware upgrade being available.

I noticed that there is UI2 and UI3 firmware upgrade options mentioned here. Should I install UI2 1.0.994?

Any gotchas like lost settings doing this upgrade? I figure I’ll need to do this upgrade before moving to UI4 eventually. (As I doubt UI1 directly to → UI4 will be a viable upgrade path.)

Comments? Advice?

1.0.994 is working fine but I’d be tempted to just wait until the new UI4 is released and solid. That’s where you’ll see the most benefits I think.

If you have a door lock I’d do the UI2 upgrade because of the added fuctionality if not just wait. If it works for you and is reliable just leave it alone unless you have a lot of time on your hands incase things don’t go well during the upgrade.
