Upgrade Firmware - Cannot Find Device

I’m trying to update the firmware on my Vera Lite. When I go to getvera.com > Support > Update Firmware and go through the wizard, I select my device and it says " No (or non-valid) device selected. go back and select a valid device".

I also cannot do this from the local UI. It says “You are running the latest version: 1.6.641” even though I know UI7 has been out for some time and I am not on it.

I can access my Vera remotely through the app, so I’m not sure why it can’t find it. Can anyone provide some insight? Thanks!!

Are you on the older UI6 or UI5? I would do a support ticket with Vera and have them do it.
