Updated Vera Edge and lost most devices

I updated my Vera Edge 4 days ago, have put in 3 support tickets and have no response from Vera. I have tried including some devices again with out luck. I have a Leviton Scene Controller that 1 of the 4 scenes actually works but it doesn’t show up in the devices. I have tried restoring a backup but it fails due to space. The Alerts History shows that I have a “Broken Tunnel” and “NetworkMonitor is Stuck” that appeared just after the update. I have over 20 devices that no longer work. Any Ideas??
