Updated to firmware 1.0.979 - 3 issues

I just updated my firmware to 1.0.979 and have three issues.

  1. Two duplicate Luup files - Without realizing what I was doing, I downloaded and uploaded two current Luup files. Now I have 2 sets of duplicate files. Will this cause any problems? How can I delete duplicate files?

  2. Each time I attempt to create a new infra red device, the selection screen does not provide any devices to select from. Note: D_IrTransmitter1.xml is one of the duplicate files.

  3. Each time I make changes, since the update, the reloading of Vera takes 3 times longer than previous firmware. Is this due to the firmware or my duplicate Luup files?

When you upload files they go to a different folder than the ones that come “pre-installed” and the list in the web UI lists the files in both folders. You can delete the uploaded files by ssh-ing into Vera and rm-ing the files or using OpenWRT’s file manager to delete the files. I don’t remember the path to the folder where the uploaded files of the top of my head, but I will post it here when I get home.

As to whether having duplicate files would cause problems I don’t know.
