I have just purchased an Australian Remotec 550 and managed to add it to my Vera Lite as a secondary controller. I had programmed a few scenes for it which work but with the known bug of scenes not being in the correct order ie button 3 triggers scene 1 etc.
The problem I have is I have added additional scenes and Vera isn’t updating the Remotec. I have tried Conf - Remove 8363 and 8364 while putting the device into Configure node right now. The Remotec will time out after a minute and the vera will say waiting for wakeup to configure device.
Typically, you’d have to re-include a remote to get the scene information re-transferred. That is, just do another include, like you did originally. Have you tried that?
Anybody know if this remote or the GE 45600 remote issues have been corrected with UI6? Also what about Wayne-Dalton WDHC-20 hand held remote. I cannot find any posts about it. Does it work or have the same problems as these other two remotes?
you know, I upgraded and never even thought about checking to see if my GE 45600 works now. I’ll have to retrieve it from my shop where it is busy keeping my workbench level!
thanks for asking the question, maybe I’ll find a better use for that thing!

I tried my 45600 again on a brand new Vera3, UI7. It was fine at first, but after creating and deleting a few scenes, I started to get the “many buttons trigger scenes 1 and/or 2” problem again.
