Many of my devices say “unable to get any information on node”. I tried to heal but just get the message “heal failed”. Everything was working fine for about a day after i enrolled everything and did the initial heal. This exact same thing happened 2 days ago and re enrolled the entire network (I have about 100 devices total).
I happened to read in a thread somewhere that under Z Wave - Options - Roll it should read “Master SIS:YES PRI: YES”. Mine reads “Master SIS:NO PRI:YES”. Not sure if that’s related.
Any help is very much appreciated. The thought of starting over again is really beating me down.
