I paired my Schlage BE368 to vera and established my account at micasaverde.com. When I logon it does not show the dashboard as mentioned. The top says welcome to Mios and it shows no vera systems. It does show my vera along with serial number. The only thing I can do is update my profile and change my password. Can someone send me in the right direction? It feel like I missed a step.
They have recently moved site to getvera.com.

If you can’t connect from cp.mios.com after logging in … then it probably means that your Vera is NOT talking to the MCV server.
Can you connect to it locally when you are on the LAN (i.e. from Home) ?
If so you may want to hard boot (unplug the power, then plugin again) Vera.
You may want to adjust your configuration such the Vera gets a static IP address.
Some folks have had a problem when they allowed Vera to have a Dynamic IP.
This would be a change to your Router configuration.
Then hard boot (unplug the power) of Vera.
