Unable to connect to my Vera 2

I have had my Vera 2 for several years now without any problems. However, for a couple of weeks now I have not been able to connect to it remotely. When I log into cp.mios.com and click on dahsboard after about a minute it says unable to load and gives a link to retry, configure the network, firmware download, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Mine recently just started doing this as well, I hadn’t actually logged into it in a few weeks, so I don’t know when. Will be putting a ticket in on it, and hopefully be able to get it resolved.

Eulopez, sorry your are having a problem. Bane is right, please submit a support ticket at http://support.getvera.com/customer/portal/emails/new and Tech Support will get you sorted out.

Same issue with VeraLite with latest firmware with Vera’s official android app (and intermittent connection through web UI).

It’s a bad build, downgrading fixed the issue for me. I used this link to downgrade my VeraLite to the previous ‘stable’ release:

In case it’s relevant, I’m using the Nest app and Garage Door app.

Also, trying again today it took a long time for it to log in, so maybe not a bad build, and just a lucky timing thing that allowed it to work last night right after I downgraded.

It could be a corruption in my Vera2, but it hasn’t been modified in months on my end. I’m still waiting for a response on my ticket(it’s the holidays, so I’m being patient), but I’ll probably look at trying to do something this weekend. Only problem will be trying to re-image it without being able to talk to it (it is pingable, and I can probably connect to it using PuTTY, but haven’t looked up the procedures for that yet).
