I am trying to add a new user to my Vera Plus (firmware info: 1.7.5186 (7.31)), but it claims the username I am trying to add already exists however it does not. It is possible I’ve used this name in the past. How can I remove any previous references to a username that is no longer shown so I can recreate it?
