You are not alone. I think it was enabled (probably by mistake) in version 1.7.437 and they rolled out 1.7.439 that superseded 1.7.437 just few hours later that hid that option back 
19.99 a month seems to be a bit high. Envisalink 3 service is only 9.99$ a month.
