Ok so here is my issue, since I have upgraded to the new UI7 everything has been haywire. The new UI7 won’t let me access any tabs in the user account tabs in fact as soon as I click the tab it takes me back to the login screen. I can log back in and do the same thing and it takes me right back to the login screen. If I click the settings tab and then click the location tab it takes me right back to the login in screen. So I can not set up any user accounts nor can I add any alerts it actually quite frustrating. On the other note I have 2 Intermatic HA05C Home Settings Screw In Modules they were working like a champ on the old UI5 with no issues what so ever, but on the new UI7 they won’t work at all. I have actually deleted them from the network and added them again and they do show up they just won’t turn on the lights what so ever. So this new UI is driving me nuts and i’m not sure what to even do, any help is greatly appreciated.
I had the exact same issue, until I followed the directions it told me - ie. setting up a NEW account on home.getvera.com and associating my device to it.
Same issue and tried registering as a new device and still same issue. But now when I am taken back to the login screen it keeps telling me my device will be registered when I log in. Endless loop.
I also can not log into the IOS app. It keeps telling me login has failed.
I have a Vera 3 that was running UI5 and upgraded to UI7 - took the plunge 
I have the same problems.
Get logged out every time when I hover above one of the options with + at the end.
The > are working fine.
