UI7 Slow/Unreliable Command Execution

Vera 3
UI7 1.7.690

I have been holding off on the UI7 upgrade for a long time. I have tried it a few times and it failed miserably. This is the FIRST revision that I actually can stand. I am not getting weird device disconnects anymore like I had with previous tries. But I am still having problems with command execution.

Whenever I send it a device or scene command from either the Vera Mobile app, web interface or like so, it could take 10-15 seconds to MAYBE execute it. This issue doesn’t happen immediately, but after an hour or two after a restart. It becomes wildly unpredictable. After a restart it is fine for another hour or two. What gives?

http://192.168.51.15:3480/data_request?id=action&output_format=json&serviceId=urn:upnp-org:serviceId:SwitchPower1&action=SetTarget&newTargetValue=1&DeviceNum=25

What can I do to try and determine why this delay appeared after the update?

Below are a few metrics when the problem is occurring. Nothing obvious unfortunately.

Today the web ui won’t even load on any of my computers.
