Hopefully this is not a repost. #EUW13 : Micasaverde devient Vera Control Ltd et présente UI7 - Blog Domadoo The article is in French but I thought I’d share. It looks like the focus is going to be around mobile use, it certainly sounds nice.

I wish MCV would give us more info directly, I don’t know why they are being so secretive.

I wonder anyone in this forum knows when this will be released to the general public OR a download link to a leaked version. I would like to try out … :slight_smile:

Search the forum.it’s been discussed. It will be available sometime in the first quarter of 2014 to the public.

Is vera2 on the map to ui7?

I highly doubt it. Vera 2 is very limited in memory and resources.

Hm… I thought so.

I am thinking of about posting a new thread on the forum “how to migrate vera2 to lite”. I once had this vera 3 but it never worked to get everything from my vera2 to the vera3, so I very much doubt if it will succeed to lite… what holds me back though is still the more than one year old announcement of the “coloured” vera’s and in particular the black (most powerfull) one. I would prefer to migrate there to instead if a midstation off vera lite…

Let’s hope the Vera3 comes in few different versions to support both novice and advanced users. If someone from the company is reading this tread, I would suggest that they come up with three versions; lite, regular and pro. I would be great if the pro version have external RAM upgrades too.

Not sure exactly what that article says, but I did see CES mentioned in it and I will be there this year so I’ll have to find them and see what I can see.
