UI7 How to turn off default motion notifications for Aeotec Multisensor 6?

I’ve experience with UI5, NOW trying UI7. (edited, as I mistakenly typed not)

I am using an Alternate Server.

I need to silence the default TRIP_ALARM, UNTRIP_ALARM and TAMPER_ALARM notifications from the Aeotec Multisensor 6.

We use custom user defined notifications, and the default ones are causing issues. (We are getting the custom notifications ok, but need to get rid of the defaults)

I’ve turned off pretty much everything on the Modes page, and on the User & Accounts/Notfications settings page.

Any other ideas?

I had no problem with a second sensor, so I think this is more of an issue with a particular sensor.

The troubling one is an Aeotec Multisensor 6. Whether it is armed or not it always sends the default TRIP_ALARM, UNTRIP_ALARM and TAMPER_ALARM notifications. I want to silence those, while still reporting my custom notifications.

I’ll try changing the topic header to better reflex this detail.

This is fixed in the Beta Firmware, so hopefully will be fixed soon. I dont’ think there is a way to work arround it for now.

Thanks for the good news, shallowearth. Any idea when the beta will become available more generally?
