Make sure you update to the latest version of the phone or store app. They made a change that broke the authentication calls for remote access. The latest version in the store should fix it. To test just go to Setting and click Edit Credentials and click Verify. If it says the logon is ok then all should be good. Let me know if you any other issues. Thanks.
