UI4 BETA - Local authentication not working

Hi ,

I installed UI4 a couple of days ago. From there, I went to MIOS, and activated the LOCAL AUTHENTICATION.
I am using the same login / password that I use for mios.com without success.

Anyone else has the same issue ?

Hi,

We have tested this before releasing this beta and I did the test again today a couple of times. It seems to be ok. Try to disable the http authentication, then open the Dashboard, go to MyMiOS and see if that user is present in that list. Also, enable tech support from Advanced > Tech Support and send us the code via email at support so we can check if the config file for the http authentication is written when enabling it.

Tried that, still the issue. I have one user as administrator, which is all I need.
I’ll open the remote access…

It actually works if I go from MIOS to DASHBOARD.
But it does not work if I go to the local IP address directly.

Same problem here. Cannot access Vera 2 UI4 through local network using the IP. Anyone able to solve this yet?
