I can’t log in as additional users, so I figured I messed up the password. Went back in as first user and changed the password for user2. No luck. So I changed the password for the first user. No luck, it is still using the first password.
Anyone else seeing this problem? Or am I missing something?
It said “password was updated”, and then when I close the window, the main screen prompts me to save. I save and wait for restart, then close page and try to log in.
I tried to log in over cell phone and it states “selected plugin not installed”. It was working, but not now.
No problem, I will just uninstall and reinstall.
Not so easy, like the password issue, when I delete the plugin, and restart, the plugin is still there.
Yes, same results in IE8 and Chrome, and unplugged Vera and restarted.
Submit a ticket and let MCV sort it out. I am like you, in that I like to know what is wrong and be able to fix it myself, but sometimes MCV will give you an idea of what happened.
I hate calling any tech support only to have them fix something remotely, leaving you wondering about the issue and hoping it doesn’t happen again when tech support isn’t available, like the weekend. Like Lathem timeclocks, they use “Go to my PC” for remote fixes, but at least you can watch them do it on screen.
