U.S. Naval Observatory - Astronomical Applications Department

Could some kind soul check the following URL:

http://aa.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/aa_pap.pl?FFX=2&ID=MCVVERA&xxy=2011&xxm=1&xxd=26&place=NIL&xx0=1&xx1=7&xx2=6&yy0=1&yy1=52&yy2=0&zz1=1&zz0=1&ZZZ=END

My results are:

Sorry, date cannot be processed.

No state specified.

No city or town specified.

… but I think I got the URL right (the source code of http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneDay.php has some info about the syntax). Maybe there is a geographical restriction for this service?

As always, there is an (ugly) workround:
http://aa.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/aa_rstablew.pl?FFX=2&xxy=2010&type=1&place=&xx0=1&xx1=7&xx2=47&yy0=1&yy1=52&yy2=10&zz1=0&zz0=1&ZZZ=END
seems to work.

It didn’t work for me either, so the link may be wrong.

Clicked the link and got the following:-

U.S. Naval Observatory
